Registration
- Parents should provide the centre with true and accurate particulars during registration and notify the centre immediately should there be any changes.
- Documented evidence of employment must be forwarded for verification every year, or when there is a change in employment status.
- A one-time non-refundable registration fee of $50 (before GST where applicable) must be paid at the time of enrolment.
- Monthly programme fees and centre related fees must be paid through GIRO deductions. A deposits sum equal to 2 month’s programme is collectable should be preferred payment mode by cash or cheque.
- Parents are required to complete the registration form with the following documents attach when submit to Twinkle:
- Child’s birth certificate / Child’s passport for non-Singaporean
- Health Booklet or Immunization Papers for Measles, Triple Antigen and BC
Payment of School Fees
- All school fees can be paid through NETS, inter-bank Giro Personal Account or Giro CDA Account. This scheme is only applicable, if your child was born on or after 1st April 2001. Please refer to the table below for school fees.
- All cheques must be made payable to Twinkle Kindergarten with your child’s name, and class written on the reverse side.
- School fee through Giro are deducted on the 1st working day of every month. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account for deduction.

INSURANCE PROTECTION SCHEME
- Student Group Protection Insurance Scheme. You are required to take up this policy for your child. The annual premium is $3,000 per child.
- Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS) The Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS) seeks to ensure that kindergarten education remains affordable and accessible for Singapore Citizen children from low and middle income families, to enable them to provide a good start for their children. The amount of fee assistance will be tiered according to the household income with lower income families receiving more.
Eligibility
Parents whose gross monthly household income is $6,000 and below, and have a Singapore Citizen Child enrolled in kindergarten, nursery or pre-nursery (K2, K1, NN or Pre-N) programme or the Ministry of Education (MOE Kindergartens) are eligible for KiFAS.
Start-Up Grant
For families earning of $1,900 or less, a start up to $240 per child may be provided to help them pay for their child’s registration fee, material fee, and insurance at the beginning of the year.
How to Apply
Any child who financial help need can approach his/her Form teacher and application is on a prescribed form. The application form can be obtained from the General Office.
When to Apply
A child may apply for financial assistance any time of the year.
Note: If the application is approved, the amount of fee assistance will be disbursed directly to the kindergarten your child is enrolled in. You will only need to pay the net fees after fee assistance.
